Oil Service & Tire Tech

Looking for experienced Oil Lube Tech. Willing to become certified in tire installation, repair and TPMS. Drug Free.

$8-$10 + Commission Bonus + Benefits.

We are one of the top providers of tire and auto repair services with multiple locations in the Midwest. You must be committed to our team, and growing our business with integrity. Additionally, ensure that our customers consistently receive the responsive, high-quality service they have come to expect from us. You will need to complete several areas of training and be an apprentice for a minimum of two weeks and then be cleared by our team before you begin to provide service to our customer on your own.

Successful Oil & Tire Tech Job Skills:

• Provide customers with professional and educated recommendations on tire repair and maintenance needs
• Strong customer service & computer skills
• Maintain current knowledge of changes and additions to our product lines, service and sales techniques and mandated awareness programs
• Ability to maintain enthusiasm and a professional demeanor at all times
Light Mechanical abilities a plus

Specific Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• Clean & Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• We offer a full work schedule Monday – Friday 7a-5p and Saturday 7a-2p, closed on Sundays, with a rotating day off after 30 days. We also provide 5 paid Shutdown Days: Friday & Saturday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & New Years Eve, paid 5 day vacation, paid 3 day personal time and paid holidays, in addition to offering health, vision and dental insurance and a Company Match Retirement Plan.
